Anytool

At 21st level, you learn how to craft a marvelous toolbox device that can do practically anything, able to function as any type of tool or kit. In addition, you gain proficiency with all tool kits, and you are able to use your anytool as a weapon (with which you are proficient) that deals 1d8 damage. When you take the Attack action or as a bonus action, you can change the damage type your anytool deals to bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing.

Prestige

Also at 21st level, your deeds and renown reach all corners of the civilized world—sometimes even further. Commoners and other NPCs recognize you or at the very least know your name, and you are treated as an equal (or nearly as much) by empresses, monarchs, and other heads of state.

Academies and universities offer you tenure, ask you to lecture, and otherwise stumble over each other to gain your favor. You have access to everything but the forbidden or most secret artifacts and tomes kept by mage orders that are not hostile to you, and you have advantage on Charisma checks against their members.

True Genius

Beginning at 23rd level, if your total for an Intelligence check is less than your Intelligence score, you can use that score in place of the total.

Extra Spell-Storing Item

At 27th level, you can create and maintain up to 2 spell-storing items at a time.

Technological Spellcasting

At 29th level, when you prepare devices for spellcasting, you can choose to prepare some spells to be completely technological. The spell slots of these spells can have a combined level that is equal to or less than half your artificer level (rounded up), and none of the slots can be 5th level or higher. You cast the chosen spells using technological devices you craft as you prepare spells (2 lb. cantrips, 1/2 lb. per spell level; AC 10 + spell level, 40 hp each), and when cast the spells ignore the effects of counterspell, dispel magic, and antimagic fields.
